Workers at New York’s beautiful Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls had just finished installing 26,000 square feet of new flooring, and the staff was now preparing for a wedding. Jason Murgia, General Manager of the Conference & Event Center, was at home when he got the call.

An employee coming into work had heard an unusual noise and discovered that a clamp on the water line had broken. A huge geyser of water was shooting up into the air — and thousands of feet of just-installed floors were already flooded.
